Thanks to the capabilities of the Pitney Bowes FlowMaster® with an accumulating camera system Tri-Win is able to increase the speed we process direct mail. We used to insert at about 5,000, pieces per hour, now we insert the same piece at 12,000 pieces per hour with 100% output verification.

I've come up with a way to embed instructions for Emtex to use into the print files that it runs via the software that we use to create the print files. This minimizes the amount of varying situations that we need to plan for and maintain.
