This year's winners will be the first to receive this distinguished award – we want to hear from organizations who have made significant advancements in the way they transact business with their current customers through bank statements, credit card statements, insurance explanation of benefits, utility bills, etc., or acquire new customers using direct mail. A nonimation can be related to applications that are physical, digital, hybrid, or even multi-channel forms of customer communications. Winners will join us in Danbury, CT at the 2011 Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies Customer Summit where they will have the opportunity to share their success with their peers and be honored during the Brilliant Communication Awards ceremony.
